Welfare Committe

  1. Student welfare is responsible for matters related to students’ health care, prevention of ragging, any mishaps, arranging student loans, Accommodations, Transport, Vehicle Parking etc

  2. Student experiences include Teaching, Laboratories, Library, Computing Facility, Hostel, Cafeteria, Sports, Cultural, ICT, Student Care and Student Competitions

  3. The members of the committee are the members of the Faculty nominated by the respective Deans on an annual basis and the secretary of the committee is the Head - Student Affairs

  4. The number of members in the committee may be as many as the number of Departments under respective faculty

  5. The Chairman of the committee is the Director - Student Affairs

  6. The committee meets periodically and plan actions for providing good experience to the students.

  7. The committee organizes quarterly meetings with the student representatives to take their feedback on their experiences and send the minutes of the meeting to concerned Deans to initiate corrective actions
